# Delete Promo Code
Deleting a promo code removes it completely from your event promotions.
How it helps organizers
* Clean up expired or unused promo codes
* Avoid confusion with outdated discounts
* Keep your promotion list organized
### To **delete a promo code**, follow these steps:

Go to **My Profile → Upcoming Events**

Select the event you want to create a promo code for, and you’ll be redirected to the **Event Details** page

Click **View Analytics**
{% endstep %}

Tap on **Promo Code**
{% endstep %}
{% step %}
Find the promo code you want to delete
{% endstep %}
{% step %}
Tap the **Delete icon**
{% endstep %}

A confirmation box will appear; click **Yes.**

✅ **The promo code is now permanently removed.**
Delete promo codes you no longer need to maintain a clean and organized promotion list.
